I study cosmology and gravitation: the dark components of the Universe, the nature of gravity, and their observational consequences.

01 / Research
The Universe,
still in question.
Most of the energy content of the Universe is associated with dark matter and dark energy, whose fundamental nature remains unknown. My work explores theoretical approaches to these open questions and their observational consequences.
02 / Teaching
From research
to the classroom.

Lecture Notes
in Cosmology
From the expanding Universe and its thermal history to cosmological perturbations, inflation and the cosmic microwave background.
The extended and updated notes are available on arXiv and form the basis of the forthcoming second Springer edition.
03 / Academic path
Italy, Brazil
& Germany.
